Using a Bar Caterer is the legal and safe way to sell and serve alcohol. Unlike many caterers, we have a liquor license. We carry both general liability and liquor liability insurance. Plus, our staff is covered by workers compensation insurance. Not all caterers have a liquor license so it is important to find out if your caterer does both food and licensed bar catering. Most venues require having an approved one-day permit from the Alcoholic Beverage Control and that is something we provide.
